Brief introduction:

This type machine is mainly used in filling and packing juice, tea, wine, soy, stc.

The machine is divided into 3 parts:bottle washing, juice filling, capping.

Bottle washing - The clamps hold the bottle neck and turn bottles along the guide rail.

Juice filling - After pulp filling, the bottles enter the juice filling position. Then the grippers hold the bottle

neck and start to fill juice.

Capping - When bottles enter capping position the sensor will send the signal and the caps will be fed by

air cylinder. The capping process will begin.

Hot filling- adopts clip bottle neck suspension process design, and uses the filling valve lifting, can

satisfy the requirement of a 95℃ hot filling technology.When tank liquid level is low, the liquid input valve

will open and start to input liquid automatically.

Reflux tank system has the function of supplying the material automatically.

Perfect filling temperature control system.

Sanitary filling head system is of umbrella structure, high filling speed.
