Brief introduction
- This product is a five-in-one filling machine, which integrates
washing, filling and capping.
- Suitable for the production of glass bottled fruit juice, tea
beverage, water and other non-gassy beverages.
- The output is 4000-6000 (500ml) bottles/hour, and the speed is
adjustable.
- For glass bottles, screw feeding is used to convey the bottles, and
the bottles are not extruded or exploded.
- The screwdriver cap adopts the screwdriver cap technology imported
from France, and the cap cutter is installed at low position and
sent horizontally.

Mechanical characteristics
1. Bottle guide mechanism
The conveyor chain sends the glass bottle through the screw bottle
dividing device to the # bottle guide plate, and the bottle is
brought to the bottle washing machine by the # bottle guide plate.
2. Turn-over mechanism of bottle washer
It is mainly composed of a clamp head, an upper disc and a guide
rail. The clamp head rotates with the upper disc, opens the bottle
neck by the shape plate, clamps the filling bottle neck, turns 180
degrees according to the guide rail, flushes and drips, and then
turns 180 degrees.
3. Filling mechanism
It is mainly composed of water tank, filling valve, guide rail,
lifting device of towing bottle, etc. The No. 2 trawler plate is
fed into the filling machine. The filling trawler plate holds the
bottom of the bottle, rotates with the beverage box, and slides
upward on the guide rod to open the filling valve. After filling,
the filling valve falls away from the filling valve, and the
filling valve closes itself. The bottle is delivered to the filling
machine with No. 3 guide plate.
4. Sealing mechanism
The capping mechanism is composed of three parts: a divider, a
capping screwdriver, a capping press and a capping remover. The
cover remover is divided into three types: centrifugal type and
vibratory type, and lifting type. The device can complete the
sealing function of two types of cover compatibly. The bottle is
fed by No. 3 guide plate, and the cap is removed. After the cap is
rotated, the bottle is fed by No. 4 tug plate.
5. Reflux mechanism
The finished water flowing back from the filling valve flows into
the reflux tank, and then pumps the reflux water into the heating
device through the plastic pump of the reflux tank. After heating
to the required temperature, the reflux water flows into the
filling barrel through the main pipe. There is a certain negative
pressure in the reflux tank to facilitate the liquid reflux in the
filling valve.
