Description

1). Air conveyor is directly linked with feed-in starwheels, making it easier to change bottles without screws

and conveyor chains.


2). Bottles are transferred in the manner of clamping neck. Bottles can be changed through some replacement

of steel clamps, which instead of adjusting the height of machine.


3). Rinser-clamp which special design is strong and endurable, no contact with bottle-mouth, to prevent

pollution.


4). Highly effective spraying nozzles equipped on the rinser-clamp can rinse every side of inner bottle and save

water. Accessories which contact with material are all made of stainless steel, no dead angles and easy to clean

up.


5). Replacement between CO2 and O2 ensure almost no O2 in bottle, long filling pipe reduce O2 content to

null. Valve on-off system is driven by hydraulic cylinder, which starts on bottle signals.


6). High-speed and highly accurate bottling valves ensure no loss of liquid at high speed. Equipped with CIP

clean-in-place.

Machine can be applied to all kinds of plastic products such as PET, PE. Bottles size varies from

250ml-2000ml meanwhile few changeover is needed. It has 24 rising heads, 24 filling heads and

8 capping heads, can filling beverage 7000 bottles per hour.
