This machine is my company's advanced technology development.It is
customized according to our customer's special requirements. It intergrates washing by disinfectant,washing by pure
water,sterilizing by steam,filling and capping in one unit machine.It also have beautiful overall appearance and excellent mechanical
operation functions.
Rinsing(disinfectant,pure water): grip the bottle neck, rotate filling plate, inverse bottle;
internal rinsing and external spraying make bottles be cleaned
completely.
Sterilzing:use a steam generator to provide the steam,the steam sterilzing
part is isolated,It also use a cap sterilizer to sterilzing the
caps.
Filling: hot filling with holding bottle neck; the special back-flow type
of the filling valve can avoid leakage after filling and also
control liquid level accurately.
Capping: magnetic torque bottle holding type can minimize the cap damage
rate and make the capping performance the best.

human-machine interface control technology

the condition that the bottle neck size is the same, only the
output star wheel needs to be changed if bottles are different. It
improves the efficiency a lot.

bottle-invert sterilizer

13. The capping head applies a constant magnetic torque device to
secure capping quality and prevent damage to the bottle cap
